I started this project out of my interest in the differences in mindset between children and adults.
While researching this topic, I came across a study by Darya L. Zabelina, who conducted an experiment with college students. She gave them all the same question: "If you don’t have class today, what would you do?" However, one group received an additional prompt: "Imagine you are 7 years old."
The results were strikingly different.
In the regular group, most students answered with practical activities like doing homework, sleeping, or shopping. In contrast, the group given the "7 years old" prompt provided a wide variety of creative and imaginative answers.
Zabelina concluded that children, free from adult responsibilities, tend to dream more and are driven to pursue those dreams. Adults, however, often focus on what they feel they must do instead of what they want to do.
Inspired by this insight, I decided to create this website to help adults rediscover and embrace a childlike mindset.
